With a bright, grounded energy and a deep respect for the body, I guide movement experiences that are both supportive and intentional. As a certified RYC® (Restore Your Core) professional, my work is rooted in functional core health—bridging evidence-based practice with the intuitive wisdom of yoga.
I specialize in supporting people through real-life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, injury recovery, and working with adaptive populations, including individuals with disabilities and IDD. My approach is highly responsive, meeting you exactly where you are and offering options that honor your unique body and experience.
I believe in movement as a tool for connection, resilience, and self-trust—something you carry with you far beyond the mat.
