About

Kelsey Nicole Yoga

Hi, I’m Kelsey.
I’m a mom of four, a yoga teacher, and someone who’s deeply passionate about helping others feel empowered, seen, and at home in themselves.

My journey began behind the chair as a hairdresser, where I first discovered the joy of holding space for people. Over time, my work evolved from the outside in — from helping people feel beautiful externally, to guiding them toward self-love and healing from within through the practice of yoga.

In 2017, I completed my RYT 200 with Kindness Yoga and began teaching shortly after. I went on to earn my Kids Yoga certification with Radiant Beginnings, and my RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) with Kristen Boyle and Alyssa Gunn in 2018. Most recently, I became certified as an RYC® Pro (Restore Your Core) in 2025 — a methodology that’s deeply transformed my own connection to core and pelvic health, and how I support others in theirs.

Whether you're in a season of transition, pregnancy, postpartum, or simply seeking more connection to your body and breath — I’m here to guide you with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Body Ready Birth 2025

Movement for Living

I don’t move my body for how it looks — I move so I can keep doing the things I love for the rest of my life, with ease and comfort.

I want to be 80 and still hiking 14ers in Buena Vista. I want to jump on the trampoline with my kids, walk all four of my dogs at once, carry a bike in one hand and a kid in the other without thinking twice. Movement is what makes my life easier, richer, and more enjoyable.

I also move to quiet my busy brain — to sit with my thoughts, my emotions, or even just stillness. To me, yoga isn’t about perfect poses; it’s about connecting with your true self and feeling at home in your body.

If that resonates with you, you might love functional movement yoga. It blends the flow of yoga asana with smart, sustainable movement patterns — especially supportive for anyone who’s given birth. It’s yoga that meets you where you are, and helps you move through life with strength, grace, and ease.

“Family is not just who you’re born to — it’s who holds your hand through the becoming.”

I chose perinatal yoga because yoga — and the birth of my children — completely transformed how I saw myself. It cracked me open in the best way.

Now, I want to hold your hand in your becoming.

Pregnancy and motherhood deserve to be honored, celebrated, and supported — not just endured. This season of life can be a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your body, your strength, and your sense of self.

Through movement, breath, and community, I’m here to help you feel empowered, seen, and held. You don’t have to do it alone — we rise together.
